What you submit and why

Your choice
Each form asks for a separate, unchecked consent choice. We need the relevant details to answer an enquiry or fulfil an order. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. You can choose not to submit and contact us directly instead.
Where requests go
The forms send information over HTTPS to a Google Apps Script service used for the website’s Google Sheets workflow. Google processes information under its own service terms and privacy policies. Approved reviews are fetched from that service and displayed publicly. Contact messages and delivery details are not displayed by the website.
The optional WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp only if you choose it. Your order ID, items and name are included in the prepared message; it is sent only if you send it in WhatsApp. See Google’s privacy policy and WhatsApp’s privacy policy for their handling of information.
Cookies, analytics and external resources
No advertising pixel or optional analytics script is included in this website package. The embedded Netlify performance-monitoring script has been removed. Hosting services may still keep technical request logs, including network and device information, to deliver and protect the site. Google Fonts is requested to display the site’s typefaces; your browser contacts Google’s font services when it loads those resources.
The cart is held in the page’s memory and resets when the page reloads. This version does not store your cart or consent choice in a browser cookie. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced later, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated before it is enabled.
Access, correction and deletion
You can request access to information you submitted, correct it, withdraw consent or ask for its deletion using the contact details above. Include only enough information to identify the relevant order, message or review. We may need to verify a request before changing or releasing information. Withdrawal may mean we cannot continue an enquiry or unfulfilled order; some records may need to be retained where applicable requirements allow or require it.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only for the purpose described above and any applicable record-keeping requirements. Website messages are not an appropriate place to send passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents or sensitive personal information. Payments are cash on delivery; this site does not ask for card details. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and updates
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place an order or contact us on your behalf. If information about a child has been submitted without appropriate permission, contact us so it can be reviewed. This notice may be updated when the website’s features or data handling change.
